Have driven by many times and finally decided to try them out. No better way to judge a chip wagon than by trying their poutine. The large size poutine is huge and is perfect for sharing. The gravy is very good and the curds are St Alberts, so all in all, a pretty decent offering. I could smell the smoked ribs cooking, so this is much more than a chp truck, with a few key winners that I'll be back for.
